Neumühle — Restaurant in Baar

Really bad Service will not go there again! First we had to wait like 5min until someone greeted us and allocated a table. The Waiter asked us "What we want to drink". We decided to take a very luxury water, which came quite fast. Afterwards we waited for the menu card around 5min, which seem to be pretty rare, because i had to ask for it. God bless finally we were able to order, or maybe not? No unfortinately not, because we had to wait another 15min that sombody was coming to take our order (Just a tip when somebody close the card it means that you can take the order). Our neigbours already finished eating and they received it in the half time from our journey "Restaurant Neumühle". We decided to leave because everything was taking too long and we had other important appointments. I asked for the bill and had to pay 13.- for two water, which in my opinion is an impertinence! In General the prices where pretty expensive not worth the service. The Food i can not rate because i wasn't able to eat there, so i can only give 1 star.

I never expierenced such a bad service and i go often to different restaurants. Billing me 13.- for water and not even delivering an sufficient service is rediciolus. I would not bill my costumer in this situation at all. Not a customer...

I was genuinely surprised at how good my meal was, having had the Pouletbrust gebraten on a recent visit. I was so concerned it was going to be awful as the menu consist of food I normally would not eat, as another member of our party had selected this restaurant and at least two of us would not have selected Neumühle based on the menu.

So well done. I enjoyed my food as did everyone else in our group of four.

That said, the service was painfully slow. When we arrived the restaurant was maybe 20-25% full, and by the time we were ready to leave 75% full. There needed to be another member of the wait staff to keep up with tables. We had to wait a significant amount of time just to...

We spontaneously arrived at the place and were greeted with a big smile, I don't know if the man was the owner or an employee, but his joy was contagious.

The children were well received by the people who work there and the attention made all the difference!

The food was perfectly good, fresh, fairly priced, and the atmosphere super positive and the place clean and pleasant!

There was a table with customers who were so cheerful that it was contagious, and we were told by another customer that they come every year and stay from lunchtime until the end of the day when, in other words, this is a restaurant that we are obliged to return to!
