Seit Hr. Abuzer Wirt im Engel ist, sind mehre Stamm Gäste nicht mehr erwünscht, (Lokal verbot) keiner kennt der Grund dafür , der Wirt aussert sich mit der Antwort: "Du weise schon," (nicht falsch geschrieben sondern wird so ausgesprochen). Kochen ist in diesem Lokal verboten ( kein Abzug, ) trotzdem werden Gäste mit Cordon bleu, Käse Fondue , Poulet, Pommes drittes etc. verpflegt. Ware Typen ist ein rarität, beim Einkassieren wird kein kassenbon gegeben der Preis wird mündlich verlangt oder auf einem Blöckli notiert... ich war lange Jahre im Gastgewerbe tätig, sowas war nie möglich!!! Schade , dass das Wirte Patent abgeschafft wird, kein Wunder geht es der Schweizer Gastronomie nicht (mehr)gut. Köstlich, der Wirt und seine Serviertochter bewerben das...
