Wir sind spontan in den Inselhof essen gegangen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Bei der grösse des Ladens, müsste an einem Samstag Abend, mindestens 2 Leute im Service arbeiten, eine Person ist etwas spärlich gedacht. Die Anzahl der Küchencrew können wir leider nicht beurteilen, wird aber warscheinlich nicht mehr gewesen sein. Das Essen war wirklich sehr fein und wir werden sicher öfter vorbei kommen. Der Salat war sehr frisch und auch das Dressing war sehr gut gewählt, auch wenn man uns nicht danach gefragt hat. Es war eines unserer besten cordon bleues. Statt majo bekamen wir eine tartar sauce, die auch sehr gut war, aber keine Mayonnaise. Dies war unser erstes Restaurant in diesem Quartier, wir bezweifeln fast, dass es eine Steigerung gibt.
