COLORZ Kitchen @Turbo Lama — Restaurant in Bern

The restaurant has food which probably suits most guests. The offering on the menu card is very much unpretentious which is not a bad thing because the food coloring and presentation makes up for it. There's burgers, foccacia, fries, oats, pancakes and mushroom dishes. All outrageously colored, of course.

The interior including the bathroom is modern, chic and most importantly clean. The staff, like the restaurant, exudes youthful freshness and bohemian vibes. The cactus on the already small table is a painful accident waiting to happen.

The food quality is great and the chef made it into art, even though we only ordered the Colorz Burger. Any good burger worth its salt has pickles with a slightly sour tang which was definitely missed here. I struggled cutting the tough patty. The "crunchy" cauliflower tasted less crunchy and just plain raw. The guacamole was a bit underwhelming because it was rather bland. The burgers were served with a side dish of Rösti fries and some kind of nondescript sauce artfully drizzled over it.

Found that brand new, cosy place with great plant based quality food by absolute chance. We ordered a burger and two starters and two dishes from the "whole experience" menu with some fancy colorful mocktails.🍹
