Da Rina — Restaurant in Bern

The vibe and hospitality is great. If you’re lucky, you get to sit right above the kitchen and watch your Italian order come into life. We were partly lucky but no regrets.

We ordered Parmigiana di melanzane (Auberginelauf) and Pizza Funghi. I personally liked the Aubergine more than the pizza. Unfortunately they don’t provide garlic oil which would’ve been a great addition to the pizza. However, we had pizza with chilli oil and it tasted great.

The parking near the restaurant was not readily available. We had to park in the nearest supermarket, Migros, which was 50m from...

Pizza is very good specially the birrata one. Beer collection is also quite good for an Italian restaurant. But that one guy in the reception.. Wow, he makes me and the whole group of my friends not want to go there.. In winter when we try to enter he keeps us waiting outside In the cold while he prepares the tables and some times could also loose the patience with the clients pretty easy.. Gesamteindruck - in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Als anspruchsvolle Gäste zählen wir das DaRina mit seinem sehr guten Preis-/Qualitäts-Verhältnis zu unseren top Favoriten im Raum Bern.

Empfang - umgehende, freundliche Begrüssung

Bedienung - aufmerksam, sehr gastfreundlich, schnell, auch bei Auslastung keine nennenswerte Wartezeit. Gleich nach Bestellung wird ein kleines selbstgemachtes, schmackhaftes Aperohäppchen offeriert.

Beratung - sehr gut in Speis und Wein. Pizzen und Wein auch als take away erhätlich. Leider nur vor Ort.

Speisen - autentisch, schmackhaft, sehr gute Qualität. Insbesonders die Pizzen gehören definitiv zu den Besten in Bern. Die Desserts sind fantastisch.

Küche - einsehbar, transparent, hygienisch einwandfrei.

Lokal - offen, hell, modern, mit mediterran-rustikalem touch. Gute Raumaufteilung durch kleinere, offene Bereiche Einrichtung: modern, zugleich charmant mediterran Bauelemente: Backsteinwände / Holz / Glas / Metall Ebenso geeignet für romantksche Dinner zu zweit wie auch mittelgrosse Familienanlässe.
