Read moreI'm about 1 year deep into the specialty coffee rabbit hole and have tried pourovers from several cafes and have also brewed my own at home from about 10 roasters or so, including drip roasters.
Drip Roasters' pourover is what I keep coming back for and it remains my goal to create a cup at home that is as good as I've had there.
It's very difficult nowadays for cafes to offer coffee as good or better than what many geeks can do at home.
And yet, Dennys took my hand drip order- which takes forever to make and requires full attention of the barista (I always feel a little bad) - during rush hour on a Saturday and delivered the best coffee I've ever had.
Despite being from Zurich I will always frequently keep their coffee beans and cafe in my rotation, they are amazing.
They are also very coworking-friendly (just do order another thing if you plan on staying there for long) and have optimized the small shop area they have for working on your laptop. As a student, I really appreciate this and they set it up in a way where the laptops don't destroy the ambience by placing them...
