La Bohème — Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

TERRIBLE experience!!! Very unfriendly service!!! I ordered food and wanted to sit at the free table outside. The waiter said it's reserved, but it wasn't (no Reservation sign on the table). I'm sure they just wanted to have one free table outside so more people come to eat in the restaurant. I then took my food and wanted to eat inside where all tables were free. I took a fork and knife and wanted to eat when the waiter said I can't eat here!!! When I asked why, he said because I took takeaway (he didn't ask if I want a takeaway when I ordered, so for me, it was obvious that I want to eat there). Then I said that I wanted to change takeaway and eat in the restaurant and then he said I can't because the restaurant is full (there were ZERO people sitting inside!!!!). At this point, the waiter got so aggressive and was shouting so much that I was thinking he would hit me and my boyfriend in the face!!! Other people from the service had to take this super aggressive guy on the side because the situation was getting out of control(!). I ended up eating my food outside on the street... Terrible experience and if course I will not come back here...

EDIT: My response to the restaurant's answer ''Our small kitchen capacity does not allow us to serve all the tables.'' - You took my order and gave me the food I ordered (you didn't say the restaurant is full when I ordered my food) so your argument is very lame and is not justifying your very aggressive and offending behavior!!! Also, I didn't ask you to serve me at the table and all I wanted is just to sit and eat my food like a normal human being. But in this restaurant is not possible to eat the food that you have...

The food was very good, but when we ordered glutenfree the waiter told us that everything was available glutenfree so we tought the bread would be included. When the food came he informed us that they have no glutenfree bread but he didn't suggest us any alternatives but we still had to pay the same price, even after we asked for a reduced price (students). We even asked if we could have potatoes instead and he said yes but only if we pay more. He didn't ask us if we wanted anything for desert and he was very rude to us in general. They seemed very homophobic zo us and his appearance was...

Pour le prix du plat avec keufte qui est 32.- la portion de riz est beaucoup trop petite et trop grasse, et les sauces sont minimes pour la viande, et 14 francs pour du hamas avec 4 petites tranches de pain (qui ne suffisent pas) car sinon reste trop de hamas et si on ne le finit pas et j’avais peur de demander plus de pain car il l’aurai pu le faire facturer, donc j'étais obliger d’en mettre plus sur le pain pour le finir, qui est également trop chère a mon gout, le service très nul de la part du chef, limite arrogant meme au moment de payer il attendait que je lui dise d’arrondir (ce que je ne voulais absolument pas) pour que je paye et a étais directement fâché (sa se voyait sur son visage) et même au moment de me rendre la carte il ma prece que balancer la machine a payer, je ne le recommande vraiment pas et je n’y retournerai probablement plus jamais, première et dernière fois.
