Le Time Restaurant Bar — Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

First of all I have to Thank Google Guide that it gives the opportunity for Consumer to be able to give the opinion🙏 Subject food is not good quality and the owner is Unprofessional We were in the restaurant expecting to have a good evening with friends and family, and we ordered Entrecote 150g. 45 f. Prs But what we completed about the food is the french fries and the side dishes that are served with food is a very small amount even if you buy in McDonald's you received the biggest size that here🙂‍↔️ And the quality of the beef is very low! Anyway after that we talked to the manager and after the owner came, the way he behaved was unbelievable aggressive but he was very young and not from Switzerland, I'm quite shocked about his behaviors So probably the beef that I have eaten perhaps not even from Switzerland, anyway I'm very surprised about the review of this restaurant has 4.7 But mostly I've seen only young...

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food did not match the same level of quality. Our table tried a variety of dishes, pastas, pizza, steak, and burgers, and sadly, none stood out. My burger was particularly disappointing… it was filled with chewy, unidentifiable bits, and when I tried to inspect the meat, it had stringy threads running through it. I was told this was because it was Angus beef, but as someone who regularly eats Angus elsewhere, this was not the typical experience. To their credit, the team kindly offered to switch my meal to a pasta dish, but even that was underwhelming. For the price point, the food quality was far below expectations. Worst burger ever! Forced myself to finish half & then gave up. They served a vegan patty in a vegetarian burger! The male server was very apologetic & kind & indeed cared to know what went wrong but the lady server said she was a “meat” lady so she couldn’t care less about the difference between vegan & vegetarian 🙄 so it’s obvious that she doesn’t care about the patty & more so for the customer ordering it.
