Pizzeria Seeland — Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

I give 4 Stars thanks to the food: The pizza was perfect. However the service isn't quite their strength (or they had a bad day). We kindly asked for a table for two without reservation. They asked if one hour was good and as we weren't planning on staying all night, we accepted the condition. The service was quick however we felt a certain tension around us. The restaurant was full and as an example they weren't happy to organize a third place for a child next to the parents (maybe the parents haven't told them in the reservation). So yeah we ate quickly and after 20' since our arrival, we asked to pay. The waitress came with the payment machine and we asked if we could pay separately. She signed loudly with her eyes rolling... We said therefore that it was ok and we paid. I hope that this story is an exception for...

Good Place near railway station, taste food. I was there with two Kids before our train come. Want tò tell little about service: One service man was really pleasent and respectful, also speak english,what important For Tourist people. But Other service Frau with short Hair was unrespectful,even angry and loud...My Kids were really sad and wanted go away Only because of no competent service woman there...also dont want speak english and her Reaktion was negative For us... So thank you For good service man WHO save US)))) and WE stay...

Avoid the lasagna al forno. It was overly salty, with no real lasagna texture, and served in a soup-like sauce (see photo). Though hot, it looked as if it had only briefly been in the oven — definitely not the 20 minutes claimed.

Service has room for improvment : I had to ask for the menu. Despite speaking English, was initially seated with only a German pizza flyer. I declined their offer to replace the so-called lasagna with a pizza, and was still charged for...
