La boulangerie était propre et l’homme à l’accueil a été très sympa et patient avec nous et nous a aider avec la machine pour le chocolat chaud. Un homme très gentil Le brownie était très bon et le cookie avait le bon goût du chocolat

I went back again Sunday morning to try the same Gipfeli. It is smaller & denser, 1.40 CHF each. It is about 30-40% smaller than the most Gipfeli. I do not think I would try any of the bread again. —————————- Overall the bread is quite dense. Zopf was really dense, it was not very easy to chew on. Süsse kleine Bäckerei nahe vom See. Machen 1A Backwaren, bieten ein grosses Sortiment von süss bis salzig. Zaubert mir schon nur beim vorbei gehen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht, da die Backstube bis auf die Strasse wunderbar zu riechen ist. Ein grosses Plus ist für mich, dass man immer sehen kann wie gebacken wird, und so ist das ganze auch sehr transparent.
