I once had the chance to be in this restaurant. I must say that the main courses were delicious. The dessert was not. However, the service—frankly speaking—was unacceptably poor for an establishment of this level. My companion and I were approached by an older woman who was initially unfriendly, and we were very surprised from the very first minute. An unfriendly person, despite having a Michelin star, the waitress didn't speak to me in English and didn't bring me an English menu. Also, when we asked about the wine list, she presented us not with a list, but with a book the size of War and Peace and left without a word. We laughed and began exploring. When I made my choice, she brought me a half-empty bottle of wine and poured the last glass from it. When I asked for a repeat, she said they didn't have it anymore.... Being a local, my companion remarked that she didn't match the service of similar restaurants and told me he would never return there again or recommend it to others. This woman's unprofessionalism caught up with us during the dessert process. I chose a dessert I knew well, and it clearly didn't live up to its name, even visually. After trying a bite, I told my companion I didn't want to continue. When the waitress arrived, we informed her of this. I asked if I could order something else instead, to which she rudely said "no," without offering any alternatives. Is this kind of behavior from wait staff acceptable in Michelin-starred...

We had a fantastic dining experience at Repas Rooftop Bistronomie in Biel! The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, with stunning rooftop views of the city that made the evening truly special. Eine wirklich tolle Atmosphäre mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Biel. Die Bistronomie versprüht einen Flair von Gemütlichkeit und lädt zum verweilen ein.

Die Speisen haben hervorragend geschmeckt und jeder Gang wusste aufs Neue zu überraschen und zu überzeugen. Das Kalbsschnitzel war auf den Punkt gegart, die Dorade und der Heilbutt waren ebenfalls ein absoluter Genuss. An dieser Stelle ein freundlicher Gruß an die Küche und den Chefkoch für das prächtige Mahl.

Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt von dem Rund um gelungenen Service. Ein sehr aufmerksames Team das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ausgezeichnete Empfehlungen für den passenden Wein zum Essen. Hier ein persönliches Dankeschön an Dennis der an diesem Tag den Service koordinierte. Eine hervorragende Leistung. Wir haben uns wunderbar umsorgt gefühlt.
