Ambitious restaurant with restricted menu without vegetarian options and a well garnished wine list. I had one of the most classic Swedish dishes that you can find, gravlax, e.g. salmon marinated with salt, sugar, dill and white pepper, of which the two latter were clearly missing in the marination process. In addition, onion on top does not really belong to the recipe. It was served with home made french fries, also not really what you should expect. Nevertheless, the taste was authentic but a little bland and waiters were quick and courteous. Value for money (42 CHF for around 150 g of farmed Scottish salmon) including the Viognier served by the glass was not all that good. We went in for dinner and we were more than welcome. After the waiter understood we do not speak French, he offered to translate us and explain the dishes. The food was amazing and they had an impressive wine offering, much better than most other restaurants.

L'intérieur du restau est chaleureux sans chichi et la terrasse très agréable. Coté cuisine, l'équipe est nouvelle mais l'importance donnée à la qualité des produits est restée. Assiettes joliment présentées et goût toujours au rendez-vous. Beaucoup d'avis évoquent des tarifs onéreux, avis que je ne partage pas car pas plus cher que d'autres restau de Carouge. En fait, c'est peut-être le vin qui fait un peu grimper l'addition mais il faut dire que la sélection faite est superbe et que l'on est très bien conseillé. Le plus de ce restaurant est le service; accueil, écoute, humour, sans jamais trop en faire. Il est difficile aujourd'hui de trouver une telle qualité de service en dehors d'un gastro. Si vous avez envie d'un merveilleux digestif, c'est LE restaurant à sélectionner! On y trouve de très vieilles Chartreuses dont les arômes sont surprenants.
