La Brentaz is a hidden gem at the entrance of the stunning Val d'Anniviers, and it truly left an impression! Located in the heart of the village of Vercorin, the restaurant exudes an authentic, warm atmosphere that perfectly matches its surroundings.

The menu offers a great selection of dishes prepared with care and quality. The traditional French cuisine here is served with a refined touch. My personal favorite was the steak Tartare and a nice chocolate dessert.

Nice Food, the Place is Not Trendy but the food taste tummy- I had the best crème brûlée of my life and I am Catalan (we have Catalan cream which is actually the same) so I know what I am talking about. C'est cher, très cher et pendant le confinement, j'ai commandé un steak tartare et une bourgignonne. J'ai été accueilli sans sourire, sans bourgignonne mais un autre plat le tout servi dans un sachet sous-vide, froid et à réchauffer au bain-marie et sans accompagnement. De qui se moque t'on ??? Lorsque j'ai demandé que vais je en faire elle m'a dit *faites vous cuire des pâtes avec". Pour le tartare elle m'a emballée des toasts froids dans de l'aluminium. J'ai refusé et payé juste le tartare sous-vide et j'ai pris un autre tartare servi avec de délicieuses frites maison à la Bergère. Je ne recommande surtout pas ce restaurant surfait et où l'intérêt est peut-être d'y boire un verre en plein été sur la terrasse. Mais sans aucun sens de l'hospitalité et sans sourire. Bref, à éviter ! Je mets juste une étoile mais ça...
