really nice place and excellent food, but the service was way below average. The server passed our table of two several times but I had to actively ask her to be able to order after about half an hour of waiting, even though she wasn't very busy. After that it took again very long before we got our food. We figured she might have forgotten to place it with the kitchen, as several guests ordering later with other staff got their meals before us. It needed another intervention from us to finally get our food (which was very good) and finally another one to be able to pay the bill. The server was nice and apologetic, but definitely not up to her job. We should really have left after the initial wait, but we still hoped for...

Surroundings beautiful infront of a church etc.. The Guy cleans the table with same cloth with no soap I shouldnt think... It just stared at us from one of their tables.. ;0 Quickly served our cocktail 'Aperol" 🍸 15-20 mins, alot of people around coming in and out and they were 3. Reasonable prices comparer to elsewhere. Toilet clean upstairs.. Encouraging ! The Carbonara..: Good taste but at 15h30 would be surprised if freashly cooked.. Spaghetti bit hard.. Eatable though, my hubbie had à lasagne but again warmed up no identifiable méat.. alot of cheese. Nice greeting though even if they dont speak english.. They know they will get customers so you get what u get....

Hübsche Bar, enttäuschender "Service".

Liebes Team, wir waren gestern zu Gast und möchten einige Beobachtungen als Rückmeldung teilen – in der Hoffnung, dass sie zur Weiterentwicklung beitragen können. Nach dem Platznehmen wurden wir längere Zeit nicht beachtet, obwohl vier Mitarbeitende anwesend waren und sowohl der Innenbereich als auch der Garten leer waren. Nach etwa fünfzehn Minuten ging meine Mutter hinein und fragte, ob wir bestellen dürfen. Danach verging nochmals eine spürbare Wartezeit, bis jemand kam. Auch beim Bezahlen gab es mehrere Missverständnisse: Der Kellner lief mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbei, brachte dann eine falsche Rechnung, und mein Wunsch, mit Karte zu zahlen, musste mehrfach wiederholt werden, bevor er berücksichtigt wurde. Zum Abschluss wurden wir von einem Herrn angesprochen, die Beine vom Stuhl zu nehmen. Auch wenn dieser Hinweis nachvollziehbar ist, wirkte er im Moment eher unfreundlich, da zuvor kaum ein wertschätzender Kontakt stattgefunden hatte. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team an diesem Tag genervt und unkonzentriert war. Das fanden wir schade, da das Ambiente eigentlich sehr einladend ist. Diese Rückmeldung ist als ehrlicher Impuls gedacht – mit dem Wunsch, dass künftige Gäste eine rundum angenehmere Erfahrung...
