Very good location and view, good food but we were badly let down by service. Lost booking, repeatedly asked if we were eating, requests to slow down ignored, no prices given for aperitifs or open wine, comments as if we didn't know what we were doing and I could go on. The staff, chef and location are without peer in Bellinzona. There is a story I would recommend any curious traveller to climb up to the castel grande to learn. Perhaps like us you will go away the better for the experience. Cold strawberry and tomato will never be better...

The food was great and so beautifully presented - we loved it and could not resist having a dessert too . Wonderful service from very nice staff always with a smile - a real treat - thank you all Last but not least great wines Over all a super good time...
