Extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour ici durant 4 jours ! L'hôtel est situé convenablement à quelques centaines de mètres des télécabines , de l'arrêt de bus "Lac Grenon" qui peut vous emmener aux autres cabines plus lointaines, et de la migros. La chambre 19 pour deux bien que pas très grande, était plaisante à habiter. Elle était toujours propre, surtout après le passage du service de chambre. Il y avait une petite terrasse, avec une vue (un peu obstruée) sur les Alpes ce qui permet de voir de beaux levers/couchers de soleil. La douche est un peu trop petite mais fait l'affaire. Elle avait cependant un problème car le robinet coulait en même temps que le pommeau de douche, ce qui diminuait la pression et gaspillait de l'eau. La TV ne marchait pas , mais le WiFi était bon. Le petit déjeuner est classique: œufs, yaourts, pain, toasts, confiture , jus d'orange etc. Les dîners du soir étaient plus élaborés et diversifiés chaque jour : poisson, viande, raclette, etc , et comprenaient également chaque fois une entrée (p.ex soupe ou assiette valaisanne) et un dessert (p.ex bol de fruits, mousse au chocolat). Tout était très bon. Les serveuses et personnel à l'accueil étaient tous très plaisants, à l'écoute et professionnels. Le seul GROS BÉMOL est le local à ski, ou devrais-je plutôt dire placard à ski. Il était minuscule et ne pouvait accueillir tous les skis, chaussures et bâtons de notre groupe de 50+ personnes. J'essayais donc de rentrer des pistes avant tout le monde à 15h30 pour trouver une place. Il faudrait agrandir ce local ou construire un supplémentaire car il est clairement insuffisant par rapport au nombre de chambres dans l'hôtel. En somme, je recommande très vivement cet hôtel qui a répondu à toutes mes attentes malgré quelques petites imperfections, et espère y revenir l'année prochaine.

Tout était absolument parfait ! L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, le propriétaire est une personne d’une grande gentillesse, toujours prêt à aider et à rendre le séjour agréable. Les chambres sont très bien, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une vue magnifique. Nous avons même reçu la MyCard Explorer, qui nous a permis de profiter de plusieurs activités gratuites, notamment les remontées mécaniques incluses dans le séjour — un vrai plus ! Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et le service aux petits soins. Franchement, rien de négatif à dire : si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles, je le ferais sans hésiter ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel du Lac pour ce séjour parfait.

Emplacement magnifique au bord d’un très jolie étang. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très bien agencé. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes enneigées. Tout le personnel ainsi que les gérants on été très sympathique et souriant 😀 nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le petit plus ? Le sauna et bain turc dispo à la réservation c’est très appréciable après une bonne journée de ski. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations dans cet hôtel . Petit déjeuné très copieux et varié. La décoration avec tous ces animaux en bois c’est magnifique. La bière brassée sur place était excellente.

We enjoyed a last minute stay here as a family and thought that the staff were charming and helpful, and the hotel was very clean, rooms spacious! Amazing deal with the tourist card the hotel gives you means that you save a fortune on lift Passes etc and can really explore the area, which we loved. A very busy mountain town, with lots to do as a family and lots of nice bars and restaurants. We loved going on the pédalo on the lake!|| My only concern currently is that, walking around the town and hotel, you would not have had a clue that covid exists - no masks in view (apart from on the ski lifts where this is obligatory ) and I was amazed the hotel restaurant still had free-serve salad bar and breakfast buffet. Other hotels have installed-Plexiglass glass dividers in dining areas, and have stopped people movement and buffets ... I would have felt more comfortable with these...

It was a great stay! It was the first time for me in Crans Montana. Hotel has a beautiful location, it was very easy to find. I have found a parking place just infront of the hotel without any problem. Staff at reception was very friendly and done my check-in uncomplicated. I got a room just beseide the reception and was a bit skeptical because of noise at reception, I could hear all conversation in my room. But the night was quite, I could sleep well. The room was okay with balcony which I enjoyed very much. I am really happy that my booking was with dinner. All menüs were really good and service was friendly. My overall impression is very positive.

However please allow me to bring a critical point to your attention. The hotel management needs to find a solution for a good air ventilation especially reception area. Unfortunately all area is strongly smelling food from...
