Online order: Took more than 1.30hrs to deliver. No visibility of process. Had to call multiple times for updates to the restaurant and the driver in charge of delivering the parcel. Let's talk about food: Thought after so much hustle the food might be good after reading all the positive reviews here. Truth: it was half cooked. Potatoes were hard to bite. Not a consistent taste. 1 curry packed in single box had different tastes in various zones. Less salt on one side, spicy on other. Part of the potatoes were cooked others were hard. Tried to order online from them, but they cancelled the order after 10 minutes.

Regarding the restaurant's answer: I'm sure I wasn't hallucinating. We placed the order on Uber Eats a little after 16:45, and the order's status soon changed to accepted. Within 10 minutes, we got a notification, that the restaurant can't handle this order and cancelled it. Didn't take a screenshot of the notification unfortunately, but I attached the screenshot of the cancelled order.

I was thinking about giving the restaurant a chance in person, but I definitely won't after being called a liar. Good luck with...

Wonderful excellent quality authentic Indian food. Tried the village chicken tikka massala, chicken vindaloo, chicken mandy. Very good service from a jovial and friendly server. We were offered a mango lassi. The restaurant is situated inside an older style swiss house. Inside features low ceilings with wooden beams.
