McDonald’s Delémont — Restaurant in Delémont

Update 03.01.2024: The store is usually dirty and not really clean every time I'm there. The tables are dirty and there are usually leftover food on the benches. When I found a seat I saw on the floor next to my seat that it had probably not been cleaned for a long time, there was already mold. In general, the brown rack had probably not been cleaned for years. Not exactly appetizing and good for a McDonalds. I have certainly been here 20 times now and at different intervals and the experience was unfortunately the same every time. At least the staff were friendly on yesterday's visit. That was also worse. What also bothered me personally was that there were about 3 dogs in the branch, which I find very unappetizing. In addition, 2 of the dogs barked relatively loudly at each other. I'm not an animal hater, but I think the dogs should stay outside.

Good customer service is essentially for any business to thrive. A simple gesture like giving free tap water is far better than telling paying customers who don't want to pay for bottled water to drink water from the toilet. I feel discriminated and singled always at this mcdonalds and even get intentional WiFi disruptions. Kindly end this biases which impact the mcdonalds brand...

Bonjour moi j ai bien aimé pour les enfants 👶 ils adorent les frites 🍟😳hamburger🍔 c a leur à fait vraiment plaisir ils étaient heureux moi spécialement c est pas ce que je mange mais un Milk Shake vanille 🥛mmm ils sont vraiment top chez eux et dans un grand gobelet. C est sur que l attente c était un peu long mais je mets facilement à la place du personnel pas toujours évident de gérer quand t as des heures de pointes où tout monde arrive en même temps et veut être servie très vite je trouve même qu ils ont du mérite, coté terrasse trop de bruit je pense qu ils devraient faire quelque chose les cafés ☕️sont pas mal et salades🥗. Niveau wc il n y a pas de miracle quand t as une invasion ayant mangé des frites 🍟 ça colle mais le personnel font beaucoup et nettoie 🧽🧹c est bien de temps en temps je suis plutôt diététique légumes mais ça change ils font sans gluten allez y pour vos enfants quand tu vois leurs yeux s illuminer.Côté parc on a du attendre 😳 allez...
