I am vegetarian and very, very particular about my food. I was visiting Einsiendeln last week and Meinradsberg was recommended so we tried it. I can honestly say I had the best meal I have EVER had in a restaurant! We could watch from our table as the meals were being prepared in the kitchen. The restaurant is small and personal, we felt like we had our very own private chef preparing our meal! Just fantastic. We have been 3 times this year. It’s a little jewel tucked away at the foot of the woods and behind the big guesthouses in the piazza. The garden is fabulous for lunch but so is the inside which is quite charming. Plus they have a lovely big room at the back with a super window table. Today we started with a nice aperitif on a garden bench and then we ate the roast beef fitness plate and the Whiskey sausage with garden vegetables under the trees. Great menu for kids and they provide crayons and drawing paper too. Brilliant service from a...

Wir waren nun schon öfters mit Freunden im neugeführten Gasthaus Meinradsberg in Einsiedeln.

Das Ambiente toll, der Service herzlich und freundlich und das Essen ist einfach nur zu loben! Die sehr gute und vor allem saisonale Küche bietet für jeden Anlass wirklich das Richtige. Was wir sehr schätzen, die Karte ist klein aber fein! Zusätzlich zur Menükarte, stehen jede Woche neue und aktuelle Menü’s auf der von handgeschrieben Schiefertafel.

Von der Gaststube aus, hat man zum Teil direkten Einblick in die saubere und gutgeführte Küche. Was auch schön zu beobachten ist, wie ruhig und zusammenspielend das Küchenteam arbeitet. Einfach wunderbar.

Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf wärmere Tage und auf den wunderschönen Garten vom Gasthaus Meinradsberg, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Kloster Einsiedeln.
