I was very disappointed with its service and food quality for the price we are paying especially our. Christmas dinner. The plus point will only just be it’s view was magnificent and that’s all about it.

First, not too sure how Long have been the family in front of us been waiting for to be sent to their seats? We waited about 2-3 mins which we are fine but definitely not like the idea of serving both groups at one time? I think it’s more of convenient but not customer service. P.s it’s totally not crowded at all during my time of visit. *our dinner reservations is 9pm, we arrived at 8.50pm or so

Secondly, we placed our orders ASAP as I’m suffering with my gastric problems but still have to wait for 30mins to receive a cold food while we ordered MIXED GRILL. And additionally to my disappointment with the cold food, I’ve notice the other tables whose order were placed much later than us was served together with ours? Is it again convenient sake? But the food quality was ruined especially it’s served cold. By giving us warmed up plates doesn’t heat up the food either.

I must compliment the food flavour is fantastic but it was again ruined by the fact it was cold when served.

Lastly, after visiting quite a bit of restaurants in Switzerland, I will say this is by far the worst in service even comparing to a random restaurant by the gondola stations. Totally not worth the rave like what the hotel recommended.

Reserved along time ago as it was my 50th Birthday. Table was not ready even after arriving a few mins late. We were a party of 4. Beware! This is a restaurant that wants to turn over tables as many times as possible, which means that they want to get you in and out as fast as they can. We were not told when we rang to reserve the table that they have time slots and that you have to eat & leave. Our starter & red wine for the main meal arrived before we had even finished our Aperitive drinks, olives & nuts. We asked them for a break before receiving the mains and again before receiving the dessert. After dessert we were told that if we wanted coffee we would have to go some where else because they needed the table! This restaurant is expensive and I am aware that you pay for the atmosphere and the view … but please give us the time to enjoy it! The food was nice and the service was polite.
