Olivia's driving lesson took us to Estavayer-le-Lac last Wednesday evening. It was a good opportunity to have dinner and we chose this Spanish restaurant on the border of the medieval town center. It's nicely decorated and you are exceptionally well received and taken care of throughout your meal. Food is cooked to the minute using local products when available. Being vegetarian leaning, we chose tapas that we found better than in most Spanish restaurants we have visited in the past. Excellent surprise. Original deco that takes you back to 50's. Friendly staff and the food.... well...veeeery good! I appreciated the fact that most of the ingredients come from local producers (even the salmon 😮). No frozen food, this is really difficult to find these days on a restaurant.
