No table service. The table where we seated (the only one available) had glasses from the previous guest and nobody took it away. The staff was totally rude: they don’t greet you, don’t thank, they barely talk. We ordered 2 cappuccini and a slice of cake (20CHF, after the 19CHF per person entry), needless to say it was overpriced and -to my taste- not that good. They don’t tell you anything so you’re left waiting, wondering where you have to go. My mom tried to take a trail to put the coffees and from the other side of the room there was a lady shouting that she can’t use that. Also another fun fact: they don’t even give you sugar with your coffee, you have to ask for it. The location is nice because the lake is pretty, but the restaurant is nothing special and the staff definitively should be a bit more mannered. I don’t recommend coming here at all.
