We had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Vivaldi in Flims and were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the warm ambiance to the impeccable service, everything was on point — but the real highlight was the food.
We ordered a variety of dishes: the homemade ravioli, tagliatelle with truffle, goulash, and a perfectly cooked ribeye steak. Every single plate was a masterpiece. The ravioli was delicate and full of rich, balanced flavors, while the tagliatelle with truffle was aromatic and indulgent, showcasing the quality of ingredients and skill in the kitchen.
The goulash was comforting and hearty, a nod to alpine tradition, yet elevated with finesse. And the ribeye — simply outstanding. Tender, juicy, and cooked exactly to our liking, it was one of the best steaks we’ve had in a long time.
