We decided to stop by and eat something after a long day of fun. It’s an amazing place, And the pizza was really great, one of the best I had. Wir wohnen seit mehr als 10 Jahren in der Nähe und bestellen oft Pizza zum Selbstabholen. Bis vor kurzem waren wir immer begeistert. Heute habe ich wie so oft, eine Pizza "Chef" (Rucola, Parmesan, Rohschinken) bestellt. Bereits zum 2. Mal war heute jedoch kein Rucola dabei. Beim letzten Mal merkte ich erst zuhause, dass der Rucola fehlte. Bei meiner telefonischen Rückfrage wurde gesagt, Rucola sei ausverkauft. Dies kann passieren, aber ich erwarte, dass man beim Bestellen darauf hingewiesen wird. Heute erneut das Selbe, erst beim Abholen, als die Pizza aus dem Ofen kam, wurde mir wieder gesagt, Rucola sei ausverkauft.

Warum wird man als Kunde nicht bei der Bestellung informiert?

Zwar wurde mir dann angeboten, eine andere Pizza zu wählen, jedoch hatte ich 2 andere, die bereits fertig im Karton waren.
