Jolie découverte,  cuisine syrienne traditionnelle et Moyen-Orient, nous avons pris un verre de mistelle en apéro sur conseil du chef et pour accompagner le repas un grand verre de thé froid d'hibiscus fait maison. Large choix de menus viande ou végétarien, tout donne envie. Le menu Alep, végétarien est un régal de fraîcheur, taboulé persil menthe, caviar d'aubergines froid... Tout est délicieux... Une envoûtante musique orientale, nous avons apprécié les conseils du chef, ses explications, le restaurant servait des spécialités turques auparavant et maintenant un savoureux mélange de Syrie, Turquie et Arménie... Pour finir en beauté un baklava et un thé à la rose... Nous reviendrons... Un joli voyage de saveurs, allez-y...
