We go for so long to this place every single week, and never even thought to put a review....
This place! This sushi! This service! This udon! Just wow!!! It is our place to order when we are sad, when we are hangover, when we are celebrating, when we don't want to cook.. Always spicy tuna and tempura shrimps uramaki, tuna and loup-bar nigiri.. We have tried all the sushi they are doing and those are our favourite. The ones that are already pre-made to go are not as good as the ones from the menu, but everyone to their taste.
If you go, and you want to have a table, you need to reserve at least one day before as the place is small with only 4 tables for 2 people each, but it is so cozy that it's worth it.
A must to try is their nigiri, miso soup and homemade iced tea... Heaven! Lately we tried the udon and ramen, and seriously I can't wait for winter to come and enjoy those hot dishes when it's cold and snowing outside.
The staff is always well spoken, friendly and smiling. The food is of high quality and they always do those uramaki as 10 pieces instead of 8 written in the menu. Always, always a great surprise!

First give away was when the waitress didn’t know what the stable Japanese Yakatori was (chicken skewers were on the menu). Small portion of edamame (served cold with very little salt) with few "double beans" in them.
Gyozas were fully steamed (not “steam-fried” as expected) but not for long enough - felt like it had not been warmed through enough…
"Bento" box was not a bento box per say, but rather a selection of western style Nigiri and maki. Fish (Sake soshito Toro) was fresh and rice cooked perfectly, but clear indications that it had not been made by a propper sushi chef as the nigiri din’t hold it’s shape when picked up (fell apart).
The Gyudon was a chinese stirfry with too much chinese dark soy sauce. Meat to vegetable ratio was fine and same with rice to veg/meat ratio.
The sit down restaurant is actually very cosy with space for no more than 10 people in total. A tad “dirty” around the corners and a very messy "kitchen".

LE MEILLEUR SUSHI PLACE QUE J'AI JAMAIS ÉTÉ !!! non seulement pour ses plats délicieux, mais aussi pour son excellent service client. Le site a une atmosphère très particulière et une intimité assez intéressante qui pour certains peut ne pas être frappante... mais pour moi c'était le plus de l'expérience. Aujourd'hui, pour la Saint-Valentin, ils ont fait un très beau geste en nous offrant une rose. Site SUPER RECOMMANDÉ. J'ai adoré tous les sushis que nous avons dégustés avec mon mari.
EL MEJOR SITIO DE SUSHI EN EL QUE HE ESTADO!!! no solo por sus deliciosos platos, también por su excelente servicio al cliente. El sitio tiene un ambiente muy especial y de privacidad bastante interesante que para algunos, puede llegar a no ser llamativo.. pero para mi fue el plus de la experiencia.
