Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger Co. FRIBOURG — Restaurant in Fribourg - Freiburg

They don’t know how to take orders properly. How many Times have we ordered veggies burger with specific requests (eg. No chili) and they always end up with mistakes. I don’t know if we are the only one who experience their mistakes. Until now we were understanding, but it becomes too fréquent.

It seems that they have a bad organisation to take specific orders and a bad communication with each other.

The burgers are good. But there are other burger restaurants in fribourg that are better organized and the burgers are also very good (eg. Crazy Wolf).

For example, I asked my daughter to order for take out. 2 veggies burgers and one with chicken and bacon. They informed her that they put a red mark on the chicken burger. She believed them and didn’t open and Check the burgers since she’s in a hurry. So my husband picked up the burgers from my daughter and went back home straight. My husband and I with the « veggies » at home (no mark), and my daughter with the « chicken » at school (red mark). Surprise! They somehow managed to mark one of the veggie instead of the chicken burger. My husband and I are vegetarian and my daughter doesn’t like the veggie. No time to meet again before tonight.

Advise: Always double check what you order...

I ordered twice from Holy Cow Fribourg so far. The quality of the food is good, but when it comes to the taste of the burger, it is a very big disappointment. The meat of the burgers itself does not taste good: its quality may be good, however it cannot be tasted because of all the spices inside the patty. It only tastes like paprika, like a merguez. Je connais Holy Cow depuis plusieurs années déjà et je dois dire que j’ai toujours été satisfait surtout pars la qualité de la marchandise. Malheureusement leur qualité n’a pas suivi avec le temps et j’en le regrette !

Je suis aller dans leur restaurant de la rue de Lausanne à Fribourg qui était pratiquement vide et nous avons reçu un accueil de la serveuse des plus antipathique. Ni un bonjours ni un regard ni même un mots pour nous dire d’attendre quelque Minutes . Nous sommes rester devant le comptoir environs 10 Minutes.

La tête baisser dans ses comptes elle ne nous a même pas adresser la parole. ( ils n’y avait pourtant personne en attente dans le restaurant )

Quand nous avons reçu les burgers surprise une viande haché compacte avec les bordures lisse comme les morceaux que vous acheter congelés, légèrement plus épais que les tranche des burger que l’on trouve au mcdo.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de ce qu’est devenu leur franchise car leur marchandise n’a absolument plus l’apparence de produit frais.

Aujourd’hui je suis navré de constater que pour le prix cela est devenu une arnaque.
