I will give one star for the terrible service received today by one of the young girls working in this place. I assume she didnt receive any training when she got hired. We came from the swim pool and our baby fell asleep in the stroller on our way home so we stopped at this place, on their terrace where it was quiet and no sun. My baby was woken up by this girl who came and served us like we would have hearing problems. She throw the bottles on the table and had no empathy whatsoever for us, as I was trying to get my baby to sleep again and shhshhhh him while she was there. I am sure I will relate with so many parents about this post, as we know how cranky and fussy a kid can get when he only sleeps 30' instead of 2 h. Let"s say I am overreacting, but what got me mad the most was her reaction when I gently told her that she could have been more silent when she's seeing a baby sleeping. I got the whole set of eye rolling, frustration, telling me that why am I in a coffee with a baby cause that's the atmosphere in there...(there was only 1 lady near us, on the terrasse, lady who was asked by this girl afterwards if it's her fault that my baby woke up and if she really made noises when she served us- she needed some reassurance probably, but how can you involve other clients too in this???). This girl continued to argue with her colleague in front of myself and other clients and she made me feel so bad while trying to order extra, after telling her to be more empathic...I couldn't believe how low is her service and how badly she treats the clients. Excellent Cafe' with plenty of dessert options and lunch items. Their Espresso machine whips up some delicious lattes and cappuccinos which you have to try. I tried their chocolate mousse, chicken sandwich, salad, cookie, cappuccino and some assorted pastries over a course of few days. Loved every bit and their staff is very courteous and friendly. Je suis d’accord avec Sebastien. L’accueil est déplorable, pas de sourire, pas de politesse… cher Mme la responsable vous devriez changer de métier car vous êtes trop désagréable et désobligeante pour rester dans le commerce.

Parlons des produits : secs, pas généreux, les pains sont très passable… pour moi c’est des produits industriels qui devraient être vendu deux à trois fois moins chère. Les sandwiches sont fait avec des produits de mauvaise qualité (jambon à l’eau et aux gras, végétariens sans saveur, rosbif déplorable…) et détrempées. J’ai signalé cela à la responsable poliment et gentiment en produit à la hauteur du prix ou un remboursement tellement c’était pas bon. Elle m’a répondu « si vous n’êtes pas content allez ailleurs » sèchement et sans aucune politesse. Sa collègue était gênée par autant d’agressivité de la part de sa responsable. C’est totalement inacceptable.

Un conseil à toutes et tous, faites trois pas de plus et allez dans une autre boulangerie. A. Pougnier...
