Extremely disappointing experience. I have been a fan of Bombar for a long time and always had great service, apparently only because I was accompanied by French speaking people. On Tuesday I had some friends visiting me and I decided to take them for dinner. Overall, the food lacked flavour, the value just wasn’t there, and the service didn’t help. Definitely not somewhere I’d return to...
Read moreWe went with a local, and he literally ordered everything on the menu! Seasonal farm to table offerings with excellent vegetarian plates. Interesting flavors. My favorite was the cucumber and burrata; and our son enjoyed the apricot dessert. We paired dinner with a Natural white wine. Service was warm and friendly. European timing of food coming out slowly so that you can enjoy every dish and converse with company was delightful. Our friend is a regular here; and we’re so glad he chose this place for our first meal in Geneva. Cheers to...
