This was a weird experience. Google Maps has lead me to the right place, although it is impossible to see it from the street. Finding a parking spot was challenging.
Interacting with the staff was strange. Both French and English were complicated for the two waiters.
The food was okay. I went there especially to taste Indonesian dishes. Only what I have tasted here was better than Cantonese Rice, but nowhere near as good tasting as the Thai Fried Rice.
The context of eating in a park was the best part of the experience. I particularly disliked how I was sold a bottle of water, only to be offered later tap water, the same tap water I was asking for and the waiter could magically not understand. It was a particularly hot day, so an excellent oportunity to make some sales.
The most strange part was the waiter with a strong german accent. He was rather spaced out when asked details about the food or the place. He made weird conversation, correcting my guest's English. At one point he took the dishes and hit the water bottle. The bottle was empty, or all contents would have ended on my guest's dress.

Read moreGreat place for an Indonesian food experience! Hidden place next to a park and away from the road, Bali Indonesia is a nice little hidden gem where you will find traditional Indonesian cuisine like nowhere else. It's pretty small so make sure you come early as no reservations are possible. It is originally made for pick up and take away but they have a few tables for you to eat on the spot either inside out outside facing the park. They have Indonesian products for consumption (beer, coffee...) and some for sale (snacks, crisp, etc...). The staff is always very kind, smiley and friendly. And the food tastes just like over there. Beware that some dishes may be too spicy for those not used to it. A lot of local Indonesians eat there and that is always a...

Icy ( hope the spelling of her name is correct) remembers every client by name and addresses you by your name. Never seen it in Geneva. This person is really unique, very friendly and at the same time very professional. The food is simply delicious, we have been delighted to discover this small pearl in this crazy city. By the way, the restaurant is open from Monday to Friday and only...
