Horrible service!

I went Thursday for a lunch and we had to wait for everything. We spent 2 hours in the restaurant and only order the menu… which is supposed to be quick. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty with only 3 tables, and we saw customers arrive eat and leave as we were still waiting again and again.

The service was terrible, the head of waiters "took care of us" and he was not respectful, did not come at our table when we were calling him and was rather answering with gestures instead of approaching us to see what we wanted.

Being pregnant I had to stand up and approach the waiter 3 times to get his attention in order to order, ask for explanations and finally get the bill.

Not a single nice gesture but sarcastic and cynical responses. Not professional at all.

Finally the parking costed the double as we spent more than 2 hours, and the restaurant again refused to have any gesture; answering that "if we decided to stay for 3 days, it was for us to pay and not the restaurant".

Unfortunately, you lost 2 frequent customers.

Déplorable service!

Je me suis rendue jeudi au restaurant pour un lunch, et nous avons dû attendre et attendre pour tout! 2heures en total pour avoir mangé le plat du jour, qui est censé être rapide... Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, le restaurant était encore presque vide; il n' y avait que 3 tables et nous avons vis les gens arriver et partir alors que nous attendions encore...

L'accueil était terrible, le chef des serveurs s’est « occupé de nous » et il a eu très peu de respect envers nous ; ne venait pas lorsque nous l'appelions en nous répondant par des gestes plutôt que de s'approcher de la table.

Enceinte, j'ai dû me lever à 3 reprises pour passer commande, demander des explications et finalement demander l'addition.

Pas un geste sympathique mais plutôt des réponses sarcastiques et cyniques. Pas du tout professionnelles.

Finalement le parking à coûté le double , car nous y avons passé plus de 2 heures et le restaurant a à nouveau refusé de faire un geste commercial, nous répondant que: "si nous souhaitions rester 3 jours, c'était à nous de payer et pas au restaurant".

Went here with a group of 9 others. Myself and a colleague arrived earlier, we had a table booked so got sat straight away. It then took the staff around 20 minutes to recognise that we were there and offer us a menu and ask if we wanted anything to drink. To get a second drink it took another 10 minutes before I gave up and went straight to the bar. When the rest of our our group ordered, the food that did come out of the kitchen was exceptional and I can't fault that, but the service is god awful. Decor and lighting can do with a lick of paint and do...

The service was very slow and disorganized. Main dishes took a long time and then arrived lukewarm, and one dish we ordered never arrived. We also had to remind them twice to bring rice, which should be the easiest thing to prepare and deliver. The prosecco we were served was flat and we had to send it back. Instead of port wine we were served regular red wine, twice. The food was OK, but the overall experience not so good. It is a pity. We will not be returning...
