LOCATION 8/10 : restaurant located close to the river. Easy to get there, parking the car in Plaine de Plainpalais. We had a nice seating outside. QUALITY OF FOOD 8/10 : all the ingredients used for the dishes were good and tasty PREPARATION OF FOOD 8/10 : I liked the mixing of EUROPEAN and ORIENTAL cooking style. All the dishes were very good and the flavors mixed well together. TOTAL 8/10 : we really enjoyed our dinner. We liked everything we had (food and drinks). It was our first time in that restaurant. Good choice.

Very interesting experience: tasty dishes, quite exotic but still good. Desert Mon blanc we don't understand, but it's ok. Very bold minus is service: maybe the reason is that we don't speak french, but the waiter was cold maybe even rude. Pleasant evening, but wouldn't go again.

C'est un endroit idéal pour les couples pour une intimité autour d'un bon repas. La souris d'agneau est très très bon pour les personnes qui aiment la viande. Les vins son aussi excellent et souvent il y a un bien du mois. Faites confiance à la serveuse en cas de doute sur le vin et les plats. La carafe d'eau fraîche est gratuite. Je recommande sans réserve. C'est juste excellent le Bistroquet...

N'hésitez pas une seconde pour réserver ! Service hyper chaleureux, souriant, disponible avec une très bonne connaissance des produits dont le savoir ont permis un grand apport a cette expérience culinaire.

Cuisine de saison avec aliments cuits a la perfection les rendant exquis; (qui donnerait a touts enfant réticent un amour naissant pour son légume détesté, et des larmes aux yeux de mon père), dont la maitrise fait preuve de savoir culinaire et grande précision.

Une créativité explosive pour ce qu'il en est des présentations des plats; alliage et choix des couleurs très bien organisé.

Symphonie gustative en bouche pour ce qui est de la composition des saveurs très stratégiquement équilibrés entres elles, orchestré a la juste perfection avec la découverte de nouvelles saveurs jusque la inconnu. La créativité gustative du fond se retrouvant en accords complet avec sa présentation esthétique de forme.

Heureuse de pouvoir dire que cela fut la meilleure expérience culinaire jamais vécut. Et merci encore pour tout le reste qui n' a pas été évoqué !
