Viktoria — Restaurant in Ingenbohl

Owner greeted us and shook our hands on our way out. Food is classic Italian. We had spaghetti, pizza napoli and spaghetti carbonara. Portions were big and prices reasonable. Rolls were freshly baked. Service was quick and friendly. Even though a dessert came only with two meals, we all reseved a complimentary dessert (all five of us). Service took quite a long time to just get our orders in. They forgot to take back the plates from the appetizers before bringing out the main dishes and handed us the hot plates. They also forgot about some of the stuff that was ordered.

Bruschetta was nothing special and definitely not worth the 14CHF.

Gnocci Viktoria was good. Some pieces of the meat were really tough. The whole dish was very heavy and definitely too big...

Schönes Ambiente, per Zufall haben wir dieses Restaurant gefunden und uns schon gefreut auf einen guten Italiener. Schnell wurden wir jedoch enttäuscht, die Bedienung war von Anfang an unfreundlich, dass ich am liebsten gleich gehen wollte (seltsamerweise schien es mir, dass die Bedinung nur bei unserem Tisch so unfreundlich schien, nicht aber bei anderen Gäste). Das Essen kam dafür sehr schnell, es sind grosse Portionen, jedoch war die Pizza meines Partners nicht wirklich warm und bei meinen Gericht war ich persönlich nicht sehr zufrieden, kann bei jedem anders sein. Über den Preis kann man aber wirklich nichts sagen.

Leider war es das erste Mal und letzte Mal, habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt bei diesen Personal und Frage mich immer noch, wieso genau wir so unfreundlich...
