Hallo zusammen. Ich bin jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal bei euch essen gewesen. ( Filiale Kriens-Mattenhof) Mein menu war vorzüglich.. kenne es von meiner Mama./)) Gott segne dich, für deine Kochkünste. Leider fällt mir auf, dass der Service nicht wirklich ernst genommen wird. Ich schildere mein Erlebnis; Begrüssung; da hat’s noch viel Potenzial nach oben Verabschiedung; fehl Anzeige… rein gar nichts, obwohl die Kundschaft sich persönlich verabschiedet. Der junge Mann, wünscht nicht mal guten Appetit.. ( Ich frage mich, ob er an der richtigen Arbeitsstelle ist) Keine Frage, ob ich was trinken will ( schon mal etwas davon gehört „ Zusatzverkäufe( bringt dich mehr Umsatz in die Kasse“, Kaffe Verkauf???" In allem, was ich zu spüren bekam, schnell abservierter Service.

Wir leben in der Schweiz, und wir sind es uns gewohnt, einen hohen Standard von Service zu bekommen. Da hat’s noch sehr viel Potential nach oben, wie du ( Jack) einfach sehr gerne Fleisch hast. Ich als Kunde, möchte gerne ein Erlebnis haben, die ich mit Freunden teilen will.

Dieses Erlebnis will und kann ich nicht teilen.

Jack, du liebst Fleisch, oder???? Ich liebe verdammt guten Service.. WIE KLINGT DAS???

HAST DU MUT DEIN PERSONAL RICHTIG ZU INSTRUIEREN??( wenn ja, dann hast du Ende Jahr, verdammt viel Geld in deiner Kasse und dein Betrieb verdient sich weiter zu entwickeln. Übrigens; heisst noch lange nichts, wenn man mehrere Filialen eröffnet, dass man Erfolg hat)

ICH WERDE MIT SICHERHEIT DIESES RESTAURANT NICHT MEHR OFT BESUCHEN….

Die Gastronomie muss den Finger auf dem PO nehmen, und die Kundschaft, versuchen als Stammkundschaft zu gewinnen… WIE KLINGT DAS???

So glad we found this place on our 1st night in Lucerne. The food was wonderful! We shared a salad that was big enough for 2 and full of fresh veggies & olives, and came with bread and cheese, and we got the cevap with 10 sticks to share. It came with a delicious bread/roll ? and onions and we got the cheese sauce with it. We loved every bit of it! The service was a bit slow as they were really busy but the servers were so patient with all our questions because it was all unfamiliar to us and they translated everything.The lager was a perfect accompaniment...

Best Dinner Ever! I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was top-notch — attentive without being intrusive.

Now the food… absolutely incredible. Every dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The chicken burger was a standout — rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. You can really tell the chef puts care and creativity into each plate.
