Friendly and efficient staff, calm atmosphere. Nice Aperol spritz while waiting for the dishes. They were served quickly and very hot. The tortellini with sun dried tomatoes were a hit, portion size rather in the snail side. My family and I entered the restaurant, but no one came to greet us, seat us, or even offer a menu, even though the waiters and managers clearly saw us waiting at the entrance for 10 minutes. On top of that, the people eating inside were staring at us as if we were aliens, with disdain and for no reason. If your restaurant or clientele has a problem with foreign tourists, either by refusing to welcome them or by staring at them for 10 minutes without explanation, then you should not be running a restaurant. I absolutely do not recommend this place with such a strange atmosphere! Never seen anything like it.

Meine Familie und ich sind in das Restaurant gegangen, aber niemand kam zu uns, um uns zu begrüßen, einen Platz zuzuweisen oder uns die Speisekarte zu bringen – obwohl die Kellner und Manager uns ganz klar 10 Minuten lang am Eingang stehen sahen. Honest review - they try their best as non Italians - but the Pizza looks and tastes like Coop Stone Ovem Pizza- you find even much better one here in Meiringen round the corner. You also only get expensive mineral water and not the perfect tab water you can drink here in the mountains. We will not...
