Very beautiful setting, a very beautiful view of Montreux and the rest of the region.

The food was delicious, and the dishes are very well stocked.

A few small problems with the request for a dish without nuts, I ended up with pistachios in my dish. A service problem too, I understand that they are students, but a lot of problems in terms of the quality of service and no discretion, when they are around the tables, we order a plate of cheeses to choose from on a trolley, and no one does not come to warn us that the cart is not available today, we had to ask again.

On the menu some important information was missing, a dish where no egg is indicated, and we end up with an egg in the middle of the dish

Majestic hotel with stunning views and classic decor. Feels like going back in time when you step into the hotel.

Restaurant staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. But there were few times we had to ask for things more than once before they were provided.

The price is high, given located inside this historical hotel and in a fine dining style. It was over 100 chf each with champagnes.

We went for la carte and ordered pan fried foie gras, roasted chicken and beal chop.

Pan fried foie gras 4 star Roasted chicken 3.5 star. Tender and juicy but nothing surprising in terms of flavor. Veal chop 4 star, sauce and side veggies and rosti potatoes were delicious, but the veal chop itself was quite overcooked...

Old world cool and elegant. Like being in a Wes Anderson film. We walked in for Dinner service and had great food and service. I am looking forward to visiting again in the future. Went for afternoon coffee next day.... Terrace has amazing view but service was malaised there compared to dinner inside the night before....still great spot. Worth the visit if you are in or...
