After walking around Neuchâtel with our pram for our first visit of the city, we were starting to get tired and 'hangry' of looking in many places and be either not tempted by their menus, spaces or turned away because they are full, we were delighted that the Cardinal, which was recommended to us by 'Bao Boys', found us a table for dinner. Read moreIm going to write this in english because the locals already know how bad this place is. We arrived at 1830 and the entrees came at 2145. We had 2 bottles of wine and some water. Getting hold of anyone is nearly impossible so we werent able to order anything. Both of us had the rabbit as entree... i am still not convinced that it wasnt tuna... Same looks and taste as canned tuna... For our mains we ordered the entrecote and some mussles. Although the mussles were fine the piece of meat that was served would barely qualify as flapjack or hangarsteak... All in all: Wine was nice Service terrible Prices way too high for the end product

The other main meal was the day's meal with tasteless fish, tasteless rice and hard and tasteless fennel. We have been there before but probably won't come back. Very sorry to see this iconic restaurant with such...
