They offer a wide selection of beef tartare, which made it hard to choose! Since I don’t speak French, I really appreciated how patient the staff was in explaining the differences in English. I went with the tartare of the month, which was served with butter, bread, and potatoes. The whipped butter was so delicious that I ended up asking for two extra small plates of it! Nous avons réservé le soir de la St Valentin mais nous avons préféré opter pour la carte habituelle du restaurant et on le regrette pas du tout, nous nous sommes régalés! Nous avons opté pour un tartare végétarien et un tartare de daurade en entrée (les deux étaient délicieux) et pour un tartare de saumon (Nicow) et un tartare nordique en plat principal. Et bien ce fameux tartare nordique est le meilleur tartare que j’aie mangé de ma vie, j’aurais pu en reprendre au dessert tellement c’était bon!
