Les Brasseurs is a franchise operating in multiple cities, and the one in Nyon is located in a charming mall complex of many places to eat, drink and shop. I do not know if every Les Brasseurs brews it’s own beer, but this one does. The entrance is on a walking only street, so you’ll have to use mall parking and walk. Outside are a few patio tables under their distinctive octagonal wooden architectural corner. The building is four story, but the pub only occupies the ground level. Their yellow and green B sign shines above the walkway corridor back to the entrance. Just inside is their large curved wooden bar with 14 stools. Overhead is glassware and a television for sports. On the right is a hightop table in front of their brewing vessels. The compact brewhouse has 3 relatively large shiny copper brewing vessels. I also enjoyed their delicious seasonal release Biere de Noel. Past the bar area is a spacious dining room with plenty of dining tables separated by brass rails. Soft lighting, wood trim, and smooth background music create a warm dining ambience. The atmosphere is cheery with happy customers, and the staff is polite and proficient. Their food menu consists of pub appetizers, salads, tartars, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, and a few entrees. Les Brasseurs is a trustworthy brewpub for a nice beverage and meal in a...

Personally I don't understand how over the years this hasn't been addressed. I understand its difficult to find good employees, but come on! I can but give 1 star due to this. Don't get me wrong the food is still great and...
