Les Glycines Nyon SA — Restaurant in Nyon

We ate fondue there. The Pizzeria Les Glycines told us we could order more cheese in case the fondue was not enough when we asked for the amount of cheese (because the meat fondue said the amount of meat in grams) The cheese fondue did not say the amount of cheese.

So we ordered more cheese after the first (pretty small) portion wasnat an end. We got it - but in the end they charged us 4 portions.

We asked in a very polite way to find a solution for the "misunderstanding". They did not want any solution.

Besides, the fondue was pretty boring. Not too horrible, but not even worth its price in the first place. We are swiss. We KNOW that.

First and last time there.

On a mangé du fondue là. La Pizzeria les Glycines a dit a nous que on peut dire si on a besoin de plus de fromage.

La carte a dit par exemple 200g de viande pour fondue chinois. Mais pour le fondue fromage il ne disait rien. C'est pourquoi on a demandé combien de fromage c'etait. Le réponse etait qu'on pourrait dire si on a besoin de plus de fromage. On a fait ça.

Ils nous ont chargé 4 portions pour 2 personnes! On a demandé poltiement pour une solution pour cette "malentendue". Pas de solution. 44.- francs per personne. Innaceptable.

Le fondue etait tres simple. Seulement le fondue et le pain. Même pas d'ail. Triste.
