Update based on the owner's response.
P.S.S. just a clarification ... we had only been in Nyon for a couple of weeks and were in the process of learning French (which can't be learnt overnight). The owner was probably on drugs himself and didn't hear me say Bonjour .. and decided to be rude! I could have reciprocated and insulted him as well, but I’ve been taught better manners than that. If you are so averse to entertaining tourists or people with a language barrier, mention it on your door so people know better and don't come to your restaurant to get insulted by you.
Original review: Went into order pizza and the owner started to speak/respond in French when he understands and speaks English as well. Then gave me a long lecture on my knowledge of French and how i should be speaking French with him.

We've been living in Nyon for 2 years and this is without a doubt the place not to miss.
Last week we tried their take away menu (via eat.ch). The burger and fries were delightful, fresh and very generous.
We can also recommend the home made ice tea and loved seeing some locally brewed beers in the selection (Dr Gabs). We wish more places would do...
