Wir sind zum Mittagessen gekommen. Wir aßen Schweinefleischscheiben mit Pilzsoße. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Das Schweinefleisch war roh. Ich informierte die Sommelière und sie machte ein Gesicht, als wäre es meine Schuld. Der Teller ging in die Küche und kam zwei Minuten später zurück und die Fleischscheiben waren verbrannt, komplett schwarz, aber innen noch roh. Während des Essens kamen die Sommelière und der Chef zu uns und fragten, ob alles in Ordnung sei, und wir sagten nein. Und sie gingen ohne ein Wort zu sagen und ohne sich zu entschuldigen.
