Mixed feelings Even though it has no view of the lake like other neighbouring restaurants it has been busy lunch and dinner throughout August which is always a good sign We have had disappointments with the cuisine in the past but as we live nearby for some of the year it is very convenient 5 min walk The menu is varied including a huge choice of pizza. However I personally ordered filet des perches,a signature dish in most restaurants in Switzerland,as a gauge to evaluate the restaurant. It did not matter it was frozen from abroad, in this case Estonia,as is the case in most restaurants.I did ask for it lightly grilled to avoid dryness Unfortunately this was not the case and it arrived seriously overgrilled and buttery and even though it was crispy brown it was not surprisingly on the dry side.Often when frozen they unavoidably curl but overgrilling makes it worse when it is a very delicate thin fish.I can only speculate how they prepare them in the kitchen. For quality and cooking process and a mean 9 portions for Swiss Franc 46 this is very expensive compared to other similar restaurants and a huge disappointment My wife had One of our guests had Vitello Tonnato - the tuna sauce was light and delicate and the veal was thinly sliced delicious and generous in portion and on a bed of light leaf green salad. At Swiss Franc 32 it was very reasonably priced Our other guest had tagliolini with thinly sliced generous portions of summer truffle and a truffle sauce - another excellent dish So I have mixed feelings understandably The only other gripe is your MENU DISPLAY OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT FADED DIFFICULT TO DECIPHER AND AT FLOOR LEVEL - IT DOES NOT GIVE A GOOD IMPRESSION Please update your summer menu online and on this outside display - this shows a lack of attention to detail and customer...

L’Abordage: A Charming Italian Gem in the Heart of Saint-Sulpice

Tucked away in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood of Saint-Sulpice, L’Abordage is a beautiful Italian restaurant offering delicious food with a view. The setting is both elegant and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a quality meal.

We tried their pizzas, which were excellent—featuring a crispy yet light crust and high-quality ingredients that delivered authentic Italian flavor. We also had the beef tartare, which was well-prepared and truly legit, striking the right balance of seasoning and texture.

Overall, L’Abordage combines great food, a lovely atmosphere, and a charming location—definitely worth a visit when you're...

Very nice terrasse with partial view on the lake. Confortable chairs and tables. The focaccia is very good, made with a good oil, perfect with the amazing aubergine's tapenade. Multicolor tomatoes dish is incredible, a lot if different tastes but nothing hiding the great tomatoes. The we had an amazing fillet of St Pierre with many vegetables that are not a simple side dish. Finally a place were vegetables have there own meaning. Very tasty! And with all that you don't want to go away with a bad coffee... fortunately the details in this restaurant goes until there with a very nice café gourmand. Thanks for this amazing meal!
