This feels like a family-run operation from the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by friendly servers and brought to your table. The menu is primarily focused around Swiss and German food which is good, because most of the other restaurants in that area are Italian. We went back multiple times because my daughter loved the food so much, and we were not disappointed with any meal. Prices were comparable to the average in the area, and the portion sizes are generous enough to have leftovers packaged up. It may have been the fact that we were there during the slower season, but each visit started with a sample of something from the kitchen. And each sample seemed to be something the chef was testing for future menus, because it wasn't something we could order.

Really bad service. Our recent trip to Switzerland included a disappointing dinner experience at a restaurant we regret choosing. The service was appalling. Our waiter displayed a complete lack of interest, bordering on rudeness. It was so bad that a kind elderly gentleman, who was also a diner, actually intervened to offer us assistance! Paying the bill was another ordeal. Our attempts were met with complete disregard until we finally managed to flag down another server for help. As tourists, we felt completely disrespected, leading us to suspect possible racial bias. The entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and we seriously question how this restaurant has earned its high ratings. We definitely would not recommend this...

We went from Canada to this restaurant in 2021 August & 2022 March. This is a best restaurant, their service, food quality and atmosphere was out of words, really excellent. Last year when we went there was 3 ladies served us , they are very friendly and family like restaurant. Very traditional way service. This year our sever was Martina and her service was excellent. She was friendly and very hard working lady.
