Arctic Juice & Café — Restaurant in Val de Bagnes

Went there today to give them another shot after a disappointing experience a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it went downhill since my last time. I ordered an Arctic Breakfast. The menu said it came with spinach but it was just lettuce with a single (yes, a single) spinach leaf in the mix. I do not like lettuce so I wish they told me when I ordered. The avocado was overripe, the "tomato" part of the breakfast was just two lower quality cherry tomatoes cut in half, and the eggs were ice cold so it looks like they cook them in advance and take them straight out of the fridge to put them on your plate. Coffee is average and service is poor and slow. Also despite being in Verbier the staff doesn't speak or understand French correctly. On a more positive note, their granola was pretty good. Arctic juice and all who serve and cooked there is one of the greatest joys of my yearly stays as a mindfulness coach at the Verbier festival. I take my scrummy Nanna bowl and green juice to go as for the télécabine ride down to the valley for a class, have a great sandwich or salad for lunch upon my return, pre-order my cycle crazy son's lunch (he who never eats a vegetable and devours the goodness filled wraps) in between his VTT classes. After loving the hot chocolate in Arctic and it being my favourite one in Verbier, I went in one morning and ordered one as I Usually do without honey and they’ve always made it for me with no problem the cafe was empty and he says to me no I can’t make you the hot chocolate without honey it’s already pre made , I said but I’ve had it many times before he said well you won’t have it now in a really rude way at least use proper customer service, it would of took them 3 mins to prepare my hot chocolate with an empty cafe 🙄 just 100% out of laziness or...
