I am extremely disappointed by this establishment. We were a table of three, we arrived at 19:00 with a reservation, the 3rd groupe in the place and our food arrived at the table at 22:01. Other tables got their main dish before us despite arriving after us. We did not order an appetizer for two out of the three of us so had to wait 2h to start eating. I even ordered still water and it never came. Our waiter paid no attention to our table. He said to be new but even then there was a second one and we still waited 2h. The meat was very chewy, not to my expectations at all, the cook probably rushed because they were so late in orders. We missed our train home already by far so we had to rush to take the next one so we skipped dessert. They offered limoncello as compensation as we were leaving but we had no time and it was too little too late. They might had too many orders for a Tuesday night but still accepted our reservation so for me...

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, tant grâce à la qualité remarquable de la cuisine qu’au service attentif et professionnel de l’ensemble de l’équipe. Chaque membre du personnel a su faire preuve d’un grand savoir-faire, et nous leur en sommes sincèrement reconnaissantes.

Toutefois, un incident au bar a quelque peu entaché cette belle expérience. En effet, au moment de passer commande, j’ai demandé un Dirty Chaï. tel qu’indiqué sur la carte. Avant même que mon amie ait eu le temps d’exprimer sa propre commande, la serveuse (brune au cheveux court, agé avec des lunettes) s’est empressée de partir, sans nous laisser finir. À notre grande surprise, elle est revenue avec deux chaï, sans avoir pris le soin de vérifier.

Je lui ai donc fait remarquer que mon amie n’avait pas encore eu l’opportunité de commander et qu’elle souhaitait, en réalité, un cappuccino. La serveuse, visiblement contrariée, nous a rétorqué que nous aurions dû être plus claires, sans manifester la moindre écoute ni remise en question. Nous sommes restées polies, bien que sincèrement mécontentes de cette attitude, rappelant qu’il est avant tout de la responsabilité du service de prêter attention avant de conclure une commande.

Aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée, et le ton est resté peu professionnel. Cela dit, je tiens à souligner que cette expérience isolée ne reflète en rien l’excellence du reste du personnel, dont la gentillesse, l’attention et le professionnalisme méritent d’être salués.
