Right place to refuel after a visit to the Matterhorn Glacier paradise. Just right at the exit from Furi station, visible when passing in the gondola. On a warm day sitting at the outdoor patio is such a wonderful and cosy to breathe the Swiss air. Ordered the classic cheese fondue which comes with a basket of bread, carbonara spaghetti just right in cheese and bacon and schnitzel. Cheese fondue was just right not too overpowering , we opted without alcohol for children. The serving team is warm and welcoming with my family, thank you ! Super rude and I feel a little bit of racist to us. The waitress was busy and just asked us to sit down without any services. We tried to order but she was busying to answer all new customers and orders from other tables. She only response to us when we are planing to leave. But when we were ordering, she forced us to order large size food, and main dishes for each person. We are super disappointed as the lunch time is over and all other customers were not forced to eat main dishes, just a drink is fine. We decided to leave and definitely not recommend to anyone who are not speaking german as there are no services at all. And being rude to customers, which the price does...

Costumer service was terrible. We were 4 people, sat down cause one of us wanted something to drink. It wasn't lunch time yet. We overheard the owner comment to one of the workers afterwards to kick us out if we don't "consume" anything. Even though we only had one drink, we were still consuming. Super rude when asked about it as well, commented as to we should leave and that other costumers were having food. Rude staff, don't recommend.
