Domino's Pizza Altstetten — Restaurant in Zurich

Pizza tasted like fish, I assumed they accidently put fish on as a toping, was a bit SHOCKED when I called and they said no and that everything was in order, even though he did not see or taste the Pizza. No offer to solve the problem over the phone, The "Gentlemen" in charge of the restaurant at the time was very aggressive and unfriendly, had to argue with him continuously just to get a solution but that ended up with me wanting my money back since I am not trusting someone with that attitude with my food again, he said I will never order again and that I should throw "my" trash away, the pizza I brought back to him to check. I ordered the same pizza more than 10 times, in CH and in the USA, I know how it tastes, some ingredient expired and I ended up wasting so much time arguing, first time I went back to any restaurant due to a bad order. Last time ordering here.

The Pizzas are just Ok, they have a bad selection for Vegetarians! It's like they have forgotten what the meaning of flavour is. When I ordered online they only delivered after 1 hour and 40 minutes, this is the last 5 times. Their web tracker doesn't work and worst of all even the telephone number puts one in an infinite loop and frustrates with ads in-between. Proper Dark Patterns, Sludging and downright unethical.They just say sorry and give a voucher that is useless for a decent pizza and expires in 30 days. Very mediocre pizza, very shady service, they seem to be taking the Musk-Zuckerberg Trainwreck Strategy for Business Courses.

Update: Ofcourse there is the "Can you message our customer care" nonsense. Please consider that this is your job, not mine...

Completely disrespectful service. They have a board that says when the pizza is ready. For me it said it was ready, even though it wasnt and ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Then I started eating and the pizza was cold. I fancied a drink so I went to get a red bull but I got 0 service so I gave up because my pizza was cold.
