scent of bamboo — Restaurant in Zurich

I have to edit this review and give less stars for this restaurant. I used to be a regular guest untill today 23.06.2022. My minor doughter got inside to take 4 take away portions. Anyway they tried to give her much less change back and discussed it for 30 minutes. I was waiting in my car because I did not have a parking slot. I got also Inside and wanted to give them food back and take our money back. They then realised their own mistake, gave us right change but when I got home and unpacked I realised they gave us wrong food as well!! Certainly everybody can make a mistake, but if you call security camera in review and discuss for 30 long minutes because of 20-30 CHF?? My doughter used to make a school lunch break there and was a regular customer..

Sorry, but no families go around and try to scam somebody for 20-30 CHF. We will NEVER go to that...

this does not even deserve 1 star rating . me and my friend just wanted some decent soup like i would imagine in an asian restaurant but i dont know why you had to put sooooo much SALT or Mononatriumglutamat in it? a recipe for disaster and it is not good for the kidneys and health specially for kids. ordered 2 soups and it almost tastes like water with just a handful amount of salt like reaaalllyyy saltyyy not worth even for its cheap price. i can say that the chef has no LOVE on his craft. and the dumplings were not what i expected it to be. it is nothing sort of special and it just seemed like a store-bought dumplings which is overcooked , dry and bland . you should at least put a little bit of an effort on foods you serving. i should have just gone to mcdonalds .at least i know what i will be...

Food: 2/5 Not authentic, overly sweet, portion ok. The curry is watery. Sweet-sour is too sweet. 黑辣牛肉 was the best of all the food I tried here and even that I would describe as 马马虎虎 ／ so-so. The presentation of the food on the served plates is 0 out of 5. But even considering the price and that this is a place where you get a quick lunch during your break, it is lacklustre.

Service: 4/5 Ok, not much to say here.

Atmosphere: 3/5 Not too loud, mostly clean and for the 5-10 minutes while you eat your ungodly sweet...
