Kuhn Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Zurich

My first step was to communicate my complaints via emails but that did not seem to work... This bakery is located on the ground floor of our building and we are customers since the first day of its opening. Since then, we regularly spend over CHF400 monthly in coffees and food. The last few months, taking the first sip of our coffee has become a very stressful moment... The coffee always looks and tastes different, even if it is just an americano in my case (served either in a huge latte cup with two doses of water or in an overflown espresso cup)! We strongly believe that the problem is the super frequent changes of -under trained- staff. Some times we have returned the coffee, which was always replaced, but usually with the same ending and obviously having spent a lot of time from our busy mornings. People as Daniela, Rima, Janine who we knew for a long time and were absolutely great at their job keep on disappearing... and the idea we all have is low cost functioning of this business that obviously means low services or low quality products (table serving has stopped, fresh orange juice is never "fresh", low quality coffee, messed served queues of people). wertet Leimbach total auf - das Lokal ist platzmässig sehr grosszügig und bietet auch Aussenplätze - viele schreiben von unfreundlichen Verkäuferinnen (diese sind in Bäckereien aber auch in Gastrobetrieben leider landesweit in sehr grosser Zahl vertreten, leider, denn genau in einer Bäckerei oder in einem Cafe erwartet man Freundlichkeit, einiges mehr, als in einem Supermarkt... wo es aber auch sein sollte). Ich hatte letzte Woche auf jeden Fall eine superfreundliche, geduldige, sehr nette Verkäuferin - auch diese Woche eine andere, superfreundliche, herzliche, total sympathische - ich finde den Kuhn auch hundefreundlich resp. hundebesitzerfreundlich und schätze das ganz extrem, ob am Albisriederplatz oder in Leimbach und war froh, dass ich nach einem Allmendbesuch noch mein geliebtes St. Gallerbrot fand, auch am späten Nachmittag. Unverständlich ist für mich lediglich, dass ausgerechnet am Sonntag Nachmittag dicht gemacht wird... wie auch am Albisriederplatz schon. Kaffee und Kuchen gehören doch gerade zu einem Sonntag(spaziergang) dazu. Diese komische Sonntagspolitik betreiben aber andere Bäckereien / Konditoreien auch, ob mit, oder ohne Cafe, so dass ausgerechnet am Sonntag-Nachmittag ein bisschen Notstand herrscht... warum müssen auch immer alle das gleiche machen, gerade weil alles andere zu hat, würde doch ein Kuhn eventuell wirklich profitieren. Und wenn der an sich sehr gute Schlorzifladen noch einen Tick eieriger und weniger birnelig wäre und auch etwas attraktiver aussehen würde (schmeckt gut, aber optisch wie eine lampige, bleiche, fast tod aussehnde Pizza ;-)), könnte man den auch jeden Tag als Spezialität aus der Toggenburger Heimat anbieten, gerade auch an einem...
